2. Information we collect

• Google account identifier, verified email address, and display name.
• Confirmation that you are 18 or older; we do not collect your birth date.
• Optional age range, gender, communication preferences, and coaching goals.
• Relationship nicknames, context, events, questions, and coaching results.
• Redacted screenshots sent for analysis. Screenshot originals are not stored in Majugyeol’s database.
• For purchases: our order identifier, PayPal order and capture identifiers, product, amount, currency, status, payment method label, and timestamps. We do not receive or store your full card or bank credentials.
• Security and reliability data such as request counts, provider outcome, error category, and latency. Operational metrics do not contain relationship text.

3. Why we use it

• Authenticate your account and keep your records separate from other users.
• Provide and improve personalized relationship coaching.
• Prevent abuse, investigate errors, and keep the service available.
• Respond to privacy or support requests.

4. Service providers and disclosures

We use Netlify for hosting, server functions, and database services; Google for sign-in; PayPal for payment processing and fraud prevention; and Google Gemini API for AI analysis. Google account information, coaching text, and uploaded images may be processed in the United States or other countries where Google or its service providers operate.

Majugyeol uses a paid Gemini API service. Under Google's paid-service terms, submitted prompts, images, and generated responses are not used to improve Google's products. Limited technical, usage, and safety information may be processed under Google's applicable service and privacy terms. Do not submit names, faces, addresses, phone numbers, account numbers, IDs, authentication codes, or information that is unnecessary for coaching.

We do not sell personal information, share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, or use third-party ad trackers. We may disclose information when required by law, to protect safety or rights, or as part of a business transfer subject to appropriate safeguards.

5. Retention

• Account, relationship, and coaching data: until you delete it or your account.
• Payment transaction records: retained or de-identified as needed for accounting, disputes, fraud prevention, and legal obligations even after account deletion.
• Login sessions: up to 30 days, or until logout or account deletion.
• Content-free operational events and anonymous funnel events: up to 90 days.
• Support messages: generally up to 90 days after resolution, unless needed for a dispute or legal obligation.

Provider backups may retain deleted information for a limited disaster-recovery period before automatic expiration. Backups are not used for ordinary product access.

6. U.S. state privacy rights

Depending on where you live and whether a state law applies, you may have rights to know, access, correct, delete, or obtain a portable copy of personal information, and to appeal a denied request. Majugyeol provides these controls to all signed-in users:

• Access and portability: use “Download my data” in the U.S. coach.
• Correction: update profile and relationship information in the service, or email us.
• Deletion: delete one relationship or your entire account from the coach.
• Sale, sharing, and targeted ads: we do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Email cwhcjw@gmail.com to make or appeal a request. We may verify that the request concerns your account. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.

7. Security

We use HTTPS, server-only secrets, hashed session tokens, short-lived OAuth verification cookies, user-scoped database queries, request-size limits, and rate limits. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

8. Adults only

Majugyeol is intended only for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly provide the coaching service to children.

9. Changes

We will update the effective date and provide an in-product notice when a material change affects how relationship information is handled.
