U.S. Terms of Use

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to agree to these terms. Do not use the coaching service if you are under 18.

2. What the service provides

Majugyeol organizes user-provided relationship context and generates possible interpretations, communication options, boundary language, and next-step suggestions. It does not contact another person or send messages on your behalf.

3. AI limitations

Outputs are generated by AI and may be incomplete, inaccurate, culturally mismatched, or inappropriate for your circumstances. The service cannot know another person’s thoughts or intent. Review every output before acting.

Majugyeol is not therapy, medical or mental-health treatment, legal advice, law-enforcement assistance, financial advice, or an emergency service.

4. Emergencies and safety

If anyone is in immediate danger in the United States, call 911. For suicide, self-harm, or emotional crisis, call or text 988. Do not wait for an app response. Additional resources appear on the Safety page.

5. Your responsibilities

• Do not submit another person’s identifying or sensitive information without a lawful and appropriate reason.
• Do not use outputs to harass, stalk, manipulate, impersonate, threaten, discriminate, or override consent.
• Do not upload illegal content, malware, authentication secrets, financial account details, or government IDs.
• Do not bypass rate limits or interfere with the service.
• Make your own decisions and obtain qualified professional help when appropriate.

6. Free access and paid pass

Each eligible signed-in account receives one free AI coaching use every 30 days, starting when that free session is used, subject to reasonable service-wide limits. The optional Majugyeol 30-Day Pass costs $9.99 USD and includes 30 AI coaching uses for 30 days from payment. It is a one-time purchase: it is not a subscription and does not renew automatically. Unused uses expire at the end of the 30-day period and are not transferable.

PayPal processes the payment. Majugyeol does not receive or store your full card or bank credentials. If PayPal shows a completed charge but the pass is not active, do not purchase again; contact payment support.

7. Refunds and payment reversals

Refund requests are reviewed through support under applicable law, the payment status, and use of the pass. Nothing here limits a refund or cancellation right that cannot legally be waived. A full refund, chargeback, or payment reversal revokes any remaining paid uses. A partial refund does not automatically revoke the pass while we review the account.

8. Availability and enforcement

We may limit, suspend, change, or discontinue features to protect users, comply with law, control costs, or maintain the service. We may restrict accounts that misuse the service.

9. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular relationship outcome. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
